Project Management Firm

In the process of creating their new business, a small project management firm contracted us to help set up and manage their bookkeeping and taxes. We also made the case that we needed to perform more planning services to create financial efficiency for them.  

Overall, the new firm received tax planning, to include a S-corp election, payroll, reasonable compensation analysis, accountable plan, and financial planning.  Today, this project management firm is very satisfied, but most importantly, they are informed and confident in their tax and financial situation.
