Our Managing Partners

Cameron Edwards, CPA, CFE

Cameron Edwards is a Managing Member at EH Solutions, bringing over 15 years of experience in the accounting profession. Holding a master’s degree in forensic accounting, Cameron is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

With a diverse background as a financial accountant, sales tax auditor, internal auditor, external auditor, bookkeeper, and tax preparer, Cameron leverages a well-rounded perspective that few in the industry can match. This breadth of expertise enables Cameron to provide clients with comprehensive insights and tailored financial solutions.

First and foremost, Cameron believes in teaching. He believes knowledge is power, and the more knowledge he can share, the more powerful he can make his clients.

Outside of the office, Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife, young daughter, and their Australian Cattle Dog mix, Loki. The family is passionate about exploring new destinations and embracing the vibrant culture of Montgomery County, MD.

Krystal Goode, EA, CTC, PMP, CSM

Krystal Goode is a seasoned tax professional with over 15 years of experience in tax preparation and resolution. As an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), she is authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS, demonstrating her proficiency in managing complex tax matters. A National Tax Practice Institute Fellow, Krystal is committed to continuous learning and excellence in the field.

Specializing in tax planning for individuals and small businesses, Krystal holds the distinguished title of Certified Tax Coach (CTC) from the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners, showcasing her ability to deliver strategic and personalized tax solutions.

Beyond her tax expertise, Krystal has an extensive background in project management and consulting. She has successfully led large-scale initiatives for prominent organizations, including the National Education Association and Deloitte Consulting LLP. Her professional skillset includes IT project management, software development, and business process improvement, supported by her certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Currently, Krystal is pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at the University of Maryland, College Park, with graduation anticipated in May 2025. Her academic accomplishments also include a Master of Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management.

A native Marylander, Krystal enjoys reading, lifelong learning, and traveling. Her diverse expertise and passion for innovation make her a valuable resource for clients seeking impactful tax and financial strategies.

Toby Choi Hawes

Toby Choi Hawes is a strategic and executive professional with over 15 years of experience in leading organizations in strategic operations.

Specializing in optimizing operational efficiencies, Toby has experience leading in several industries from fintech, construction, consulting, real estate, etc.

Toby credits his operational expertise from his extensive background in project management and consulting. He has successfully led large-scale projects in IT and construction for large enterprises and the federal government. Toby has the ability to take a complex project, topic, business, etc. and break it down to simple, achievable, actionable tasks and ensure they are cohesive across the board.

Currently, Toby is pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at the University of Maryland, College Park, with graduation anticipated in May 2025. He is also pursuing executive certifications from MIT and Wharton for Artificial Intelligence and Corporate Governance respectfully.

Besides being a Managing Partner, Toby is a lifelong learner, always listening to new audibles, traveling, and testing out new and innovative tech.
